A number of Stroke Association groups are currently using the books to help improve communication with people who have communication difficulties caused by stroke damage.
We appreciate all feedback regarding our books and how they are used. Below is some feedback we recently received. We are always looking for new ideas for books and other products if you have any please let us know.
"These books offer so much to people with Communication difficulties, they are very well received, easy to use, tactile, excellent print type and photo's, that stimulate and encourage communication in many ways i.e. memories, 'do you remember' 'did you have/use', ''find a picture you like and tell me why (descriptive), the volunteers find them easy to use and have mentioned how well clients responded to them and how much easier it is to have these as a focus of communication. Everyone enjoys using them, I can't praise them enough."
