Helen Bate of Pictures to Share was pleased to receive a runner up prize in the Best Individual Social Entrepreneur category. This award is open to individuals working in a charity or social enterprise within the awards area. Its aim is to recognise and encourage individual entrepreneurial flair that has made a significant impact on the successful development of the social or charitable cause.

The Morgan Foundation Entrepreneur Awards were established in 2007 and are designed to encourage entrepreneurship in the North West and North Wales - whether in new businesses, young entrepreneurs, social enterprises or charities.

The Morgan Foundation was established in 2001 by businessman Steve Morgan OBE, founder and Chairman Designate of Redrow plc, Chairman of the Bridgemere Group of Companies and Wolverhampton Wanderers FC.
With a grant programme of over £1 million per year, funds are targeted where they can make a real difference to the lives of the people across North Wales, Merseyside, West Cheshire and North Shropshire.

Winners announcement
Winners will be announced at the 2009 Morgan Foundation Entrepreneur Awards Ceremony and Gala Dinner taking place on Thursday 19th November at Carden Park Hotel near Chester. The evening will be hosted by Steve Morgan OBE, Chairman of The Morgan Foundation, Chairman of Redrow plc, The Bridgemere Group of Companies and Wolverhampton Wanderers FC. Guests will include all finalists, sponsors and supporters.
