Who are they for?
Whether problems are caused by Alzheimer's Disease, stroke, Parkinson's Disease, brain injury or any other condition, we provide activity resources that can be enjoyed by anyone affected, as well as by their carers.
Care Homes - Care Homes face real difficulties in making sure that their residents have enough to do and are enjoying interaction with carers. It is essential that homes do all they can to encourage meaningful communication between those with dementia and their carers or visitors. Pictures to Share Community Interest Company is based in rural Cheshire. It was established as a social enterprise in 2005 to develop resources for people living with dementia.
Our Managing Director
Helen Bate BA Dip Arch BA(Hons),
Managing Director, Helen Bate BA Dip Arch BA(Hons) originally trained and worked as an Architect before studying for a degree in illustration. She originally had the idea for ‘Pictures to Share' illustrated books when her own mother had dementia and she became aware of the lack of suitable resources.
